As a principal designer in New York City I’m focused on creative product design, clear user experience, and mentoring. I’m currently at American Express advancing the mobile app and leading some fantastic new designers while reimagining our customer’s digital experience. Along the way I’ve improved mobile and web design systems, drawn icons, and brokered new ways of working across teams.
At Capco on Wall Street I brought design thinking and creative solutions to Tier 1 financial institutions. For Lookbooks I designed a rebrand that improved accessibility and increased traffic and engagement from their creative artist industry clientele. While at qbeats I designed data dashboards, news readers, ad unit creators, and a patented interactive buy button.
Further back, as the first product designer at Akkadian Labs I designed a cross-platform business AV chat application. My start in product design was at Fab.com, where I worked with the product team to improve our bespoke CMS, grew and managed team leads, and redesigned the internal process for building sales across 4 departments with positive financial and interpersonal results. Outside of work I volunteered with Out in Tech to design and build a website for the non-profit Massachusetts Trans Political Coalition.
